| Michael Emanuel trained through the Reiki Training Program to become a Washington State Registered Reiki Master in Usui Shiki Ryoho; he is also a Registered Reiki Master in Karuna Reiki through the International Center for Reiki Training. Michael’s path to Reiki was slow. As a professional engineer, turned marketing and business analyst, he kicked and screamed against the metaphysical aspects of Reiki until he realized the scientific explanations he was finding to explain Reiki another way were even less plausible than the ideas he was being invited to explore with his very patient Reiki teachers. Both Simonne and Bruce are cofounders of Chi Wei, a Washington State non profit corporation dedicated to the evolution of the conscious awareness of the human species. From their mission statement, the specific purpose for which the corporation is organized is: "To encourage the enlightened awareness of the human species. To encourage the peaceful resolution of conflict and the understanding of the similarity of all world religions, sciences, and philosophies."

Bruce is a Reiki Master Teacher and has a self-realized style of teaching and practicing the mystic arts. Bruce has a unique and peaceful approach to conflict resolution, intimacy and relationship issues, and practices what he calls reality coaching.
From a rich spiritual background and an intent study of the Tao Te Ching since he was 16, Bruce went on to seminary in the late 1970s and began to notice a similarity in the Eastern and Western religions that seems to have been missed by many modern scholars.
His research led him to secular university where he studied cross cultural anthropology and physiological psychology. Though seemingly unrelated to his seminary studies, these disciplines gave him a depth of knowledge in which to continue his study into the relationship between all of the major world religions. His own research and study of quantum physics and the Tao Te Ching have reinforced his research into the universality of God throughout the world's civilizations.
Simonne is a Reiki Master Teacher as well as a fitness trainer and dance instructor. She is an informed, intuitive, and insightful healer and teacher with a rich and varied background. She also teaches many forms performance art such as aerial trapeze, rope, tissu, and hoop.

| Theresa received her Reiki Master training in 1994.
Since then she has studied other forms of energy work;
including Donna Eden's "energy medicine" approach,
Quantum-Touch, and Pranic Healing.
Theresa offers appointments that are exclusively Reiki
and energy work for those who prefer this focus.
Theresa has also been a psychotherapist since 1981.
In recent years, she has begun to integrate subtle
energy work into her counseling practice. She offers a
combination of Reiki and energy work together
with psychotherapy. More traditional individual or
couples' counseling are also available.

| Andrea has worked in healthcare since the early 90’s, starting her career as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. In 1997 she began to understand the power of energy work when she studied Reiki 1 and 2. Following her Reiki training, Andrea wanted more experience in working with energy, so she embarked on a three year course of study in Shiatsu in the UK.
From 2001-2004, Andrea returned to Reiki and studied with Eileen Dey, following which she went on to become a Reiki Master Teacher in 2004. In 2005 Andrea began a 12 month massage therapy course at Brenneke School of Massage which reconnected her with her Occupational Therapy roots. She is also a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.

| Rebecca is a business consultant working for a non-profit organization in Seattle assisting small business owners—consulting services are at no cost. Her interest in Reiki began when she assisted a client to design new and unique ideas to market her business.
Rebecca began studying with Eileen Dey in the Summer of 2006 and is slowly in the process of completing her Reiki master/teacher requirements. She is also a certified hypnotherapist. Rebecca ultimate goal, when the time is right, is to establish a Reiki and hypnotherapy practice on Bainbridge Island. The practice will include Reiki sessions, hypnotherapy private sessions and group programs (to include an 8-week weight management series, 2-day quit smoking and stress management), guided meditation, and Chakra clearing. (Rebecca is currently writing the scripts and written curriculum on the three hypnotherapy group programs.) Utilizing her business consulting experience, she will include this to her repertoire of services in her practice but will concentrate on and market only to new age type of businesses.
