| Susan, Claudia, and Catherine are Usui Reiki Teachers in the Tera-Mai Reiki School, and also Gendai Reiki Teachers. They collaborated on The Gift of Reiki (published 2005) and are co-founders of the Bi-Coastal Reiki Institute. Under the umbrella of the Institute, they teach classes, workshops, and retreats which combine Reiki with effective Conflict Resolution skills in order to attain strength, self-empowerment, better ways of communicating, and inner peace.
All three have studied Conflict Resolution and Peacemaking from a practical as well as a spiritual and shamanic perspective. Individually, they each offer Reiki and Gendai Reiki classes.
Susan teaches in the Seattle area, on Orcas Island, WA, and in Delaware Water Gap, PA.
Catherine offers classes in the Pocono Mountain region of Northeast Pennsylvania; and Claudia teaches in the Newark/Wilmington, DE area and in Philadelphia. They are also involved in the arts. Claudia is a classical vocalist; Catherine is a jazz singer/drummer; and Susan is a visual/ performance artist.

| Jessica Low, of ReikiWorks, is a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition and a member of both the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP) and The Reiki Fellowship. After sustaining traumatic injuries in a major car accident, Jessica’s quest to regain her physical, mental, and emotional health led her to sample many alternative modalities. Initially, Reiki served as an empowering tool for her own healing. Jessica has since expanded her Reiki practice towards helping others achieve results and enhance their own health and well-being. She is committed to raising awareness of Reiki as a powerful tool, and promoting its use in the mainstream arena. Jessica is a strong proponent of non-invasive means of healing and of empowering others to take charge of their own healing and health. She is an MBA-educated professional, who, in a former life, achieved great success in the corporate world in banking, health care and information technology.

| Chie came to Seattle from Japan to do reseach in
Immunology at University of Washington at 2003. After
travelling Sedona, Arizona in the summer 2007, she had
developed an interest in Energy work. She started to practice Reiki
with Eileen Dey and Jennifer Yost in the winter 2007.

| As a child Rich was connecting with nature at a young age. Rich was drawn to energy work as he worked with people in his communities as he got older. He has served as a religious counselor, facilitator of self help groups and now as board member to several civic/spiritual organizations.
Rich has studies with shamen and alternative healers for over 15 years and is still studying to this day. He is a Medical Intuitive, Ordained Minister, Reiki Master of many modalities and Nutrition counselor. He has studied Alternative Healing, Hypnosis, Counseling, Reiki , Shamanism , Readings, and Digital Artwork and has certificates as Spiritual Healer and Doctor of Divinity.
Rich is a Spiritual Healer/Medical Intuitive/Energy Worker/Channeler who communicates with guides to assist in helping others empower themselves with tools and answers.

Growing up in the white mans world, it was not until late 20's he was told of his Cherokee Great Grandfather. Thus began his search to understand a culture he was foreign to. Studying with Shaman & Medicine Woman, Charles began using his natural abilities to see thru the veil of illusion, to understand the healing ways of energy, rocks, & crystals. And how to use these abilities to be of service to humankind.
Charles has continued his studies in alternative healing methods, ie; Reiki, Vibrational Medicine, Stone Medicine, Spiritual Healing, Yoga, Kinesology, Sound Healing, Medical Intuition, Shamanic Healing, Color & Sound Therapy, Dance Therapy, Kryahgenetics, Souljournywork, QuantumTouch, Reflexology, and Intuitive Emotional Release.
